Hitch Pins - High Stress

• The large handle (larger & easier to grasp than most) is not assembled into a drill-through hole. The handle is made from high carbon spring steel, is heat treated, and fits tightly into recessed blind holes; always a true fit!
• The collar may look as though it is just pressed down on top of the pin (like many competitive brands). On closer examination you will see the collar is cold forged into a groove in the body of the hitch pin. Certified test results show a force well in excess of 10,000 lbs. is required to displace this collar from the hitch pin.
• The pin body is not just plain ordinary cold rolled steel, but high stress steel. High stress is a high strength, heat treated & stress relieved alloy, certified to have a minimum yield strength of at least 100,000 PSI.
