Cable Crimped Wire Wheels

• We provide solutions to other thread needs (i.e.: M14; M10 x 1.25; M10 x 1.5)
• New R88 multithread nut brushes to be used in machines requiring either M14 or 5/8-11
• Traditional individual crimped wires are substituted with crimped cables made of several wires each
• Groups of .009 diameter high resistance steel wires make a flexible, compact and aggressive brush
• The type of finish and removal capacity is medium, similar to that achieved by a traditional 0.12" single crimped wire brush
• Exclusive and patented design threads allow an easier attachment and increases resistance, resulting in more safety for the user
• PERFORMANCE: For a similar finish and removal capacity, cable crimped wire provides for a 50% longer lasting brush, due to a higher degree of resistance to flexing fatigue, which is the main reason for wire breakage.
• FLEXIBILITY: Cable crimped wire provides for greater flex#2;ibility, due to an ability to adapt to irregular surfaces, and an excellent shape recovery of the wire, which prevents strain.
• SAFETY: Cable crimped wire reduces and in many cases eliminates the breakage caused by flexing fatigue. Herein, the risk of wire being "split" or "thrown" is considerably reduced.
